Crew: EGO BOY$, BOCS
When did you start writing?
Yesterday, I’m 19 years old right now, for sure some people reading this are thinking they started before I was born. Good for you bro!
What’s graffiti for you?
Graffiti is my way to fight people who can’t listen, the choice of seeing the world from a different point of view, competition, war and peace at the same time, work and studio.
Trap music influences my sketches so my walls are almost all different. I can’t stay in a category of style, I need to paint what I feel and specially what I want.
Tell us about your city, how is life and graffiti there?
I live in a really small city almost without “writers”, near Turin. Here graffiti wouldn’t have existed without my crew. In Turin the situation is different and I don’t like it. Too much badly done trash, few writers with Style, few good bombers.
What keeps you still writing?
This is a good question. Because I need to evolve my style everyday and because I’m not rich yet.
What trends are you seeing now in the graffiti world that you don’t like?
The mentality of the “old schooler”.
What do you do when you’re not painting?
My life is sketching, painting and think of my future. I won’t do anything else.
How would you describe your style?
Surely people can describe my style better than me, I prefer to describe myself as a stakhanovite. I think my style can’t be described because it’s not a style, it’s a mix!
Can you remember the first piece you did?
I was so young and ignorant. I was doing outlines before filling and I wasted two cans of white to prepare the wall for my piece. It took one hour and I got busted by the cops. Won’t forget that piece, YOLO!
To make a lot of money with art, to become a stylist and to buy a beautiful home for my mom and my grandma.
Do you adapt your pieces and tags to the spot/surface?
I try to do it but every time I pray to see a big virgin bricks wall. I think I’m not yet able to do it well enough.
What do you think about the new generation of writers in your city?
I’m part of the problem.
Who do you paint for?
For my mom, for myself, for the money and for travel.
Do you ever feel tired of graffiti?
