Abandoned subway station in New York turned into a gallery
This may be old news for some of you but it´s so brilliant that it´s worth sharing again. The CIty Hall subway station in New York opened up for traffic 1904 but was closed down fourty years later. The untouched station was sleeping for another 60 years when a group of street artists decided to transform the place to an underground gallery. The project was named The Underbelly Project and over 100 street artist has participated including names like Roa, Ron English, Swoon, Faile and Revok. Check out the video published by MOCA.
