During the last years we have seen a lot of innovations not only by the big graffiti manufacturers but also amongst the artist themselves. One of them is Bob Partington who figured out an inconspicuous way to keep the authorities at bay. Check out his special built stencil briefcase.  The stencils and the colors are configurable.
