Due to the high response to podcast 007 with defense lawyer Dr.Patrick Gau, we decided to hold another conversation to continue working through the list of outstanding questions. Basically, it is about finding out what problems you have to expect as a train writer after “I” (eg a Dortmund sprayer) paint a train with friends somewhere in Germany (in the case in Oberallgäu) and then drive back home. A relatively likely scenario is that the train writer and his friends get into a mandatory police check on the way back at night in the immediate vicinity of the train depot. What happens from this moment on, what should you have with you, what about evidence. What happens if this police check leads me to suspect that I sprayed the train?

We are also talking again about Messenger services and written reports as well as a study that does not yet exist, but could help German lawyers in defense strategy.
